Why we collect data

Everything you enter is used for employment purposes only. It reaches an employer only when you apply or give permission.

Your profile and CV are used to match you with roles, and to show you to an employer when you apply.

What we store

Your email, a hashed password, and your preferred language.

Your profile: profession, experience, education, skills, languages and preferences.

CV files you upload, and the CVs the system generates.

Your applications, messages, interviews and offers.

Notification preferences, and a push subscription for your device if you enable one.

Who sees what

An employer sees your profile only after you apply to their role, or after you explicitly allow it.

Data is never sold and never shared with advertisers.

An administrator can reach data for support and review only, and every consequential action is written to an audit log.

What leaves the platform

Email: sent through an external email provider so it reaches your inbox.

CV parsing and wording: the text of your CV is sent to an AI model to extract its structure. It is not used to train any model.

Measurement: no name, email or profession is ever sent to Google Analytics — aggregate counts only, and only after your consent where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays while your account exists.

You can delete any CV or application at any time, and revoking a shared CV link makes the old URL stop working immediately.

To delete the account entirely, use the button on your “Your data” page; deletion runs after a short reversible grace period.

Automation and your consent

Automatic search and automatic applying are off by default.

Automatic applying needs its own explicit consent, has a daily limit, and can be stopped instantly.

Your dashboard always states whether the agent is genuinely running.
